What is SuJok Therapy?

SuJok therapy was developed by the South Korean Professor Park Jae Woo and is a microsystem therapy based on the principle that correspondence points on the hand (Su) and foot (Jok) represent the entire body.

The anatomical structure of the hand and foot is regarded as a miniature map of the body. Seeds, magnets, colored light or mini-moxibustion are applied to hand or foot points that correspond to a painful body region.

Its non-invasive nature, ease of application and the possibility of self-application are advantages. It is used as a complementary approach in headache, neck pain, low back pain and digestive complaints.

Symptoms

Neck and low back pain
Digestive complaints
Menstrual pain
General stress and tension

Risk Factors

Avoidance of certain points during pregnancy
Allergic reaction to seeds (rare)
