What is Physical Therapy During Pregnancy?

Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal disorders are common (low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, sacroiliac dysfunction). Physical therapy provides safe and effective treatment.
