What is Medical Yoga Applications?

Medical yoga is a complementary approach that includes individualized yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices selected after clinical evaluation, taking into account the patient's diagnosis, physical limitations, and comorbidities.

Supportive effects have been reported in chronic low back pain, anxiety, depression, hypertension, asthma, type 2 diabetes, menopausal symptoms, cancer rehabilitation, and cardiac rehabilitation. The level of evidence is between limited and moderate.
