What is Foot Reflexology?

Foot reflexology is a type of massage based on the assumption that specific points on the soles correspond to different organs, applied through pressure.

High-quality clinical evidence on its definitive efficacy for disease treatment is limited. It can be used as an adjunct for stress reduction and relaxation.

In Türkiye, it is applied only by certified physicians within the GETAT regulation. Claims of 'miracle' or 'definitive cure' are not scientifically validated and never replace conventional treatment.
