What is Chakra Balancing Practices?

Chakra balancing is an approach based on the assumption that there are seven main energy centers in the body and aims to align these centers through techniques such as meditation, breath work, sound, and color applications.

Scientifically, the existence of chakras or their quantitative measurement has not been demonstrated. There is no high-quality evidence for their efficacy in treating medical disease.

It can only be considered a supportive relaxation method. Claims of 'miracle' and 'definitive cure' are unscientific. Supervision by a T&CM-authorized physician and continuation of conventional treatment are essential.
