What is Bach Flower Therapy?

Bach flower therapy was developed in the 1930s by the British physician Edward Bach. It involves the preparation of highly diluted mixtures of flower essences in water and brandy, given according to emotional state.

It is a homeopathic approach. Independent clinical studies have shown that its efficacy is no different from placebo.

In Türkiye it is one of the practices included within the TCAM scope; however, the level of evidence is very low. It must never be used in place of psychiatric and medical treatment.
