What is DBT Programs for Borderline Personality Disorder?

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), developed by Marsha Linehan for borderline personality disorder, is a comprehensive psychotherapy grounded in acceptance and change.

It comprises four core components: individual therapy, skills group, telephone coaching, and a therapist consultation team.

It is structured around modules in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
