What is Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase Program?

Cardiac rehabilitation is a comprehensive program that optimizes physical, psychological, and social recovery after a cardiovascular event. It has been proven to reduce post-MI mortality by 20-25%.

Phase I covers early mobilization in the hospital, Phase II includes a 6-12 week structured exercise program, and Phase III encompasses lifelong sustainable exercise habits.
